How it works

For example, if O3 Merchant were to make $1,000 a month on an account you referred, you make $200. Times that by 50 referrals and you’re making $10,000 a month PLUS you’ve earned $25,000 in commissions.

Terms & Conditions:
In order to be qualified for your bonus the business owner(s) you name must confirm your referral. These referral accounts need to be in good standing for 30 days after activation from the first day of processing.
If the merchant signs up with cash discount pricing and processes a minimum of $7,500 in total processing in their first full calender month, then you will receive $500 per activated merchant account. If the merchant processes less than $7,500 in total processing in their first full calender month, and/or does not choose to sign up with cash discount pricing then you will receive $250 per activated merchant account. (After the referred merchant’s first complete calender month, this will become payable at the end of the following month). Seasonal Accounts will not qualify. Activation begins once a merchant processes their first $100 batch.
Following the month of processing, income is payable by the end of each month (i.e.; income from January processing is payable by end of February) as long as the requirement to refer at least one new qualifying Merchant that activated a merchant account with us in the last 6 months is met.
We have a right to refuse/suspend partnership agreements if suspicious activity is detected.
